1. STANDARD: 3-5 working days >> SGD 5* (free for orders S$80 up)
2. SPEED: 2-3 working days >> SGD 10*
3. SELF-COLLECTION: 1-2 working days >> Free (Kembangan, weekdays 11am-5pm, we'll email you when it's ready for collection)

Also, kindly anticipate some chances of delays in delivery. With the surge in volumes plus a lack of manpower from our partners, they are giving their very best to cope with overall demand across the country We seek for your understanding and patience when this happens. Thanks in advance. But we do our 200% to be on time every time.
In busier periods (e.g. Chinese New Year), prices or shipping methods may also vary or could take longer. We'll update accordingly.
How do I trace my package?
Tracking details will be emailed after your package has been dispatched from our side. You're able to start monitoring your order's whereabouts from there.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our partners deserve a break too, thus deliveries are not actioned on public holidays. So, when planning for a surprise or a stay-home binge, kindly take these days into consideration.
I’d like to surprise my friends, but they reside in different addresses. How do I go about ordering?
Such a thoughtful friend you are :) For now, we’d advice to purchase separately while we work on other convenient means. Delivery fees will apply on your selected option.
Oops! I’ve got my delivery details wrong by accident, but my package is on its way.
Well… things happen. On the off chance your order has been dispatched with incorrect details (e.g. interchanged postcode numbers) we, unfortunately, are not responsible for retrieving your package.
However, should the package be returned to us, we will be happy to redeliver it for you. Fee(s) on your selected delivery option applies and will have to be paid prior to dispatch. Email us at email@example.com so we can share payment details.
