What are my delivery options?
We work with reliable delivery partners to help us in fulfilling your orders.
Delivery Options (in working days):
1. STANDARD: 3-5 days >> SGD 3.90* (free for orders S$80 up)
2. SPEED: 2-3 days >> SGD 10*
3. SELF-COLLECTION: ready in 1-2 days >> Free (Kembangan, weekdays 11am-5pm, we'll email you when it's ready)
*Shipping fees and options are subject to change upon binge's and our partner's discretion. For instance, prices or shipping methods in peak periods (e.g. CNY) may vary or could take longer. We'll update accordingly.
Our partners aim to be on time every time. So, on the off chance that your order is slightly delayed, we apologise for the mishap and seek for your understanding and patience when it happens.
How do I trace my package?
Tracking details will be emailed after your package has been dispatched from our side. You can start monitoring your order's whereabouts from there.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our partners deserve a break too, thus deliveries are not actioned on public holidays. So, when planning for a surprise or a stay-home binge, kindly take these days into consideration.
I’d like to surprise my friends, but they reside in different addresses. How do I go about ordering?
How thoughtful of you :) For now, we advice to keep your purchases separately while we work on other means to upgrade. Delivery fees will apply on your selected option.
Oops! I accidentally gave the wrong delivery details and my package is on its way. Help!
Well… things happen. On the off chance your order has been dispatched with incorrect details (e.g. interchanged postcode numbers) we, unfortunately, are not responsible for retrieving your package.
However, should the package be returned to us, we'll be happy to redeliver it for you. Fee(s) on your selected delivery option applies and will have to be paid prior to dispatch. Email us at email@example.com so we can share payment details.
